Glaucoma - Current Concepts

In this conceptual review, we will survey the epidemiology of glaucoma highlighting the social and economic effects of the disease. We will delineate the diagnosis of the disease, including best evaluation practices and therapies for different glaucoma types. We will also include a discussion of laser and incisional surgical treatments, as well as other advances in treatment and research.
