Symptom-driven approaches to patients with common neuro-ophthalmic complaints in order to formulate an appropriate differential diagnosis will be described. The most appropriate tests and imaging, based upon symptomatology will be discussed. Management of neuro-ophthalmic disorders will be discussed. Pathophysiology and management of eye movement disorders and diplopia will be described.
